Honey my experience here was awesome. The manager is so patient and knowledgeable and pleasant. The complex is beautiful.
I look forward to moving into this lovely place and having her as my landlord.

Came in and filled out an application earlier in this week quickly got an call with my approval and deposit amount Ms. Tompkins is on time in a very timely
manner with everything and very nice and respectful can't wait for me and my children to move in soon!!

Haven’t yet to be approved for an apartment. I did go take a tour and do the application process. The office manager Reace was very pleasant.
She was very helpful and understanding in every aspect. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and hope to get an approval!

This was by far the best move ever. If you know you know that moving can be very hectic. Walked into Alden and meet the property manager Coreace Tompkins
and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She goes above and beyond to make sure your move in is a smooth as possible. When she tell you something it is her word.
She will call you back and she will also reach out after you move it to make sure you’re satisfied. I would recommend anyone to come live here just because of Ms Tompkins she is the best.

These apartments are very nice. The lady inside the rent office is extra nice. I had a great experience doing my application. I’ve been here two months and I
haven’t had an issue yet. She’s friendly respectful they reasonable and very spacious. Thank you for being my rent lady.
