To qualify for an affordable home, your household’s annual income must fall within the limits below. Income limits are based on the number of people in your household.

What to expect when applying
As part of the application process, our team will request information about your household’s income and assets to determine eligibility. A criminal history and credit report will also be processed for each adult applicant as part of the final approval process.
